• Payment for services must be made in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed.
• Authors will be notified of all prices in advance.
• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once work on your project has begun unless explicitly stated in your package or we fail to deliver our service as promised.

• You retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by using our services, you grant Socciones the right to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, or distribute your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services (e.g., publishing on Amazon).
• Author retains all rights to any designs or additional content we create for your book unless otherwise agreed.

• You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights.
• You must provide all necessary content (manuscript, images, etc.) in the formats requested by Socciones in a timely manner.

• We are not responsible for any content published on Amazon that violates Amazon’s content guidelines or legal standards.
• We do not guarantee sales, reviews, or specific rankings for your book on Amazon.

• Authors are unable to terminate any agreements, written or verbal, once work has commenced.
• Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid, and your content might still be available on Amazon if already published.

• Socciones’ liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

• Socciones reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services with or without notice.
• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Socciones regarding our services.
• If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
